Heading: Elementary Parent-Teacher Conferences Information

Subhead: Parents of all elementary school students can register online beginning 7 PM, Monday, Oct. 4, 2021, through 7 PM, Monday, Nov. 8, 2021.

Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Monday, Nov. 22, 2021 (2-9 p.m.), and Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2021 (8 a.m.-3 p.m.) This is for parents/guardians of all elementary students, grades 1-5, at all four elementary schools. (NOTE: Separate information will be shared with parents/guardians of Kindergarten students for scheduling a Parent-Teacher Conference on Thursday, Nov. 18, 2021.)

The online scheduling site will be active beginning 7 PM, Monday, Oct. 4, 2021, through 7 PM, Monday, Nov. 8, 2021. Click on the appropriate link below during that time frame to schedule your appointment time via the PTCFast system for conferencing with your child’s teacher(s). You must provide a valid email address in order to register. Confirmations will be sent to the email address you provided when you registered with PTCFast.com.

    • If you experience difficulties accessing the scheduling site, please go to your child’s school’s Home page on this website and click on the links in the News item there to download a hard copy of the letter and/or scheduling request form to complete and return to the school as soon as possible.

If you are not able to schedule using the internet, please contact your elementary school building’s office for a paper copy. This is a reminder that visitors entering district buildings are required to wear a face covering, per the Acting Secretary of Health’s Order.  If you have special needs, such as needing an interpreter, or other questions, please contact your elementary school building’s office.
