For families interested in getting a vaccine for their child(ren) ages 5-11, the following information has been shared by Community Health Council of Lebanon County:

  • The State is distributing vaccine for children (ages 5-11)
  • The distribution is going to local pharmacies (such as, Lebanon Pharmacy (Quentin Rd.), Rite Aid, CVS, Weis and Wal-Mart), federally qualified health centers, such as Family First Health, and WellSpan.
  • WellSpan has two locations in Lebanon County giving the children’s vaccine:
    • 4th Street Family Medicine
    • WellSpan Pediatrics on Cornwall Rd.
  • There are no walk-ins for the child vaccines. You do not need to be a Wellspan patient to go to either location or to get on the waiting list.
  • To make an appointment, or to get on to a WellSpan waiting list:
  • New appointments are released when Wellspan receives a shipment from the State, which is usually once a week.
