    • As of January 1, 2020, the Cornwall-Lebanon School District will prorate contributions for new hires.

  • What amount will the District contribute to the HSA in future years?
    • The District has contractually agreed to continued contributions as outlined in the collective bargaining agreement with the Cornwall-Lebanon Education Association.  The District expects identical contributions for all classifications of eligible employee participants in each of these years, contingent upon annual approval by the Board of School Directors.
  • After the deductible is reached, at what percent are your expenses paid?
    • After the deductible is reached, employee is responsible for copays.  Refer to the plan information.
  • Can you use mail order for your prescriptions and is it cheaper to use mail order?
    • Yes, mail order is available. Each service will need to be evaluated individually.
  • How long does the district plan on offering this plan?
    • There are no present plans to change these offerings. However, the health care rules in the USA are changing rapidly, so it is possible plan changes may become necessary due to external factors.
