Spring Dinner & Dance: “Old Hollywood”

    Friday, March 13, 2020, 5:30-9:00 p.m.

    Cedar Crest High School Cafeteria

Please note: This event has been cancelled.

Given the current situation with Coronavirus, Cornwall-Lebanon School District is reviewing all nonessential activities. Out of an abundance of concern for the health and safety of our older community residents, the Senior Dinner & Dance Gold Card event is cancelled. It saddens us to announce this decision to cancel our popular intergenerational event.

District Administrators and especially the Cedar Crest High School Key Club students and advisors who have spent many hours planning and looking forward to hosting this event, thank you for understanding our decision.

Cedar Crest High School Key Club students and advisors invite you to join them for an evening of dinner and dancing in “Old Hollywood!” Seating begins at 5:30 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres, followed by dinner at 6 p.m. and dance music until 9 p.m. Student performers and a live professional band will provide entertainment throughout the evening.

This event is free to Cornwall-Lebanon School District residents age 65 and older. Guests who reside outside the District may attend with a $20 fee. (Please make checks payable to Cornwall-Lebanon School District.) Pick up a reservation form at the District office, in any District school building office, or click here to download the reservation form. Mail your reservation (and payment for guests from outside the District) to: CLSD Community Relations Office, 105 E. Evergreen Road, Lebanon, PA 17042. Mail-only reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis after February 1, 2020. No telephone reservations, but you may drop off your reservation at the District office.

Seating is four-six guests to a table. If you would like to select the guests to be seated at your table, please include their names on the reservation form. We will mail their tickets to them after we receive their reservation confirming their request to be seated at your table.

Reservations will close March 2, 2020, and your tickets will be mailed by March 9, 2020. If we reach capacity and are unable to accept your reservation, you will receive a phone call.

Do you have your CLSD Gold Card?

If you are 65 years of age or older and a resident of the district, you are eligible for a CLSD Gold Card designed especially for our senior citizens! This card entitles you to one admission (for yourself, only) to all District-sponsored activities free of charge, including home sporting events, concerts, plays and use of the pool. Gold Card members with current addresses on file also receive a printed copy of the CLSD Calendar of Events each year in August. If you already have a Gold Card but have moved since the time you registered for it, please stop by the District office at 105 E. Evergreen Rd. to update your information.

CLSD Gold Cards are non-transferable. To pick up your CLSD Gold Card, stop in to the District office between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., weekdays, and present proof of age and District residency. They also may be issued in the lobby prior to special CLSD Gold Card events. Note: Reservations still are required for tickets to any reserved seating events; admission is still free.
