Good Morning, Cedar Crest!   It's Friday, May 24th. Coming up, the one-act plays are tonight.

We'll tell you when and talk to the three senior directors.

In class news,
Seniors: There are still 15 students who have not turned in a permission slip for the class trip.  You must turn that in today to be able to go on the field trip.  Meet in the New Gym at 6:30  Tuesday morning for a meeting before boarding the busses to Ocean City.

Students signed up to take AP European History, Western Civilizations II or AP Human Geography:  Please stop by Dr. Zorrilla's room 108 to pick up your summer reading assignment before finals start.

Students taking AP Literature next year:  There will be a meeting in Mrs. Opreska's room (806) on Wednesday, 5/29 until 3pm, to discuss summer work and expectations!

Seniors:  Don't forget to pick up your free senior gift on the table outside the LGI.  Compliments of SFC."

Class of 2022 – If you have not paid your class dues yet, please get your $25 into Mr. Harris in room 804. Next year, dues will increase to $30, so pay them now.


In club news
Yearbook distribution and sales continue today in Room 413 and continue the rest of the week. If you are purchasing a book, the cost is $60.

If you purchased or picked up a book last week, there is an addendum. Please bring your book back  to room 413 during the school day – not before or after school - for the addendum and you will receive a coupon for a perch drink.

Seniors laptop collection will be held today outside the tech office in room 401. Your homeroom teacher has a roster with names and laptop numbers.


In school news,
Administration has a reminder to all students as warm weather is upon us.  Follow the dress code as outlined in the student handbook. Tank tops, tube tops, crop tops, and short shorts are not permitted as they are a violation of the dress code. The staff appreciates everyone's attention to detail as they dress for school in the morning.

This week is spirit week for the wings of praise pep rally.

Today: Everyone has Falcon pride!    Wear Pep Rally Shirt

A resident in the Mount Gretna area is in need of someone to take care of yard work at her home this summer. The job includes raking, mulching, and weeding.  Pay is $10 an hour.  Check the flyer on the Jobs Available board under the skylight for contact information.


Tonight the drama club will be holding its annual one act plays. It starts at 7 pm and you can watch the shows for any dollar amount.

BV2 correspondent Neal Keller, Mackenzie Blair, and Kobain Dundore filmed some of the directors and the advisor.

The one-acts start at 7 pm in the high school auditorium. Come on out. The admission is by donation.


In sports news,
Girls Soccer players that need to take their concussion test may take them today 2:45PM in room 701.

Good luck to all track and field athletes participating at states this weekend.
