On Thursday, Nov. 12, at 8 a.m., Cornwall-Lebanon School District will host its annual breakfast program honoring veterans who live within our school district community, as well as the immediate family members of CLSD students and employees who are currently serving in the military, National Guard or Reserve, or who are awaiting deployment.

If you are a parent/guardian of a current CLSD student(s), please take a moment to complete this brief survey. Your response will help us identify CLSD students in military families, as Pennsylvania law requires school districts to collect, record, and report active military status in our student information systems.

At the end of the survey, military family members of CLSD students can register to attend our free breakfast program. Please complete the survey and RSVP by Friday, Oct. 30.
