A holiday service activity for National Honor Society brought about 80 CCHS students to each CLSD elementary school to lead holiday craft creation and read to the students. Students in Mrs. Dietz's Kindergarten class really enjoyed interacting with the older students.

This week is Julie B. Kindness Week!
Miss Julie Baumbach touched so many lives at Ebenezer Elementary during her 27 years of teaching. Each day during the week of November 10–14, 2025, we will focus on a special way to show kindness—just as Miss B. did every day with us. Each student received a Kindness Week Challenge calendar. When they complete the challenges for the week and turn in the sheet, they will get a prize!

The Community Open House and ribbon cutting ceremony and for the Falcon Connector was held Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2025. Among the participants who toured the new building were students, parents, current and retired faculty, staff and administrators, current and former members of the CLSD School Board, and interested members of the CLSD community. School Board President Ruth Ann Schlegel cut the ribbon beside Superintendent Domencic, key project and team leaders, and state and local elected officials.
