As part of the ongoing construction and renovation projects at Cedar Crest High School and the stadium area, beginning Monday afternoon, Oct. 20, 2025, the section of Falcon Drive between State Drive and its intersection with Crest Drive will be reduced to one lane (see highlighted section on attached map). This traffic change is expected to remain in place for two weeks, through Friday, Oct. 31, 2025.
To help ensure student safety and maintain traffic flow during this period, please note the following significant changes to student drop-off and pick-up procedures:
Morning (AM) Drop-off (beginning Tuesday, Oct. 21):
· Falcon Drive (from State Drive to Crest Drive) will be one lane ONLY, entering from State Dr.
· After dropping off students, all vehicles must exit via Evergreen Road.
· When exiting onto Evergreen Road, only right-hand turns will be permitted.
· Families who typically use Evergreen Road to enter and exit the campus should be aware that these changes will slow the flow of traffic on campus.
Afternoon (PM) Pick-up:
· Falcon Drive (from State Drive to Crest Drive) will be one-way ONLY, exiting to State Drive
· Parents/guardians should enter the campus ONLY via Evergreen Road.
· After picking up students, you may exit campus using Falcon Drive to either State Drive or Evergreen Road. Note: When exiting onto Evergreen Road, only right-hand turns will be permitted.
