As graduation approaches, members of the Cedar Crest High School Class of 2026 took a walk down memory lane during the annual Falcon Finale on Tuesday, June 2.
The cherished tradition gives graduating seniors the opportunity to return to Cedar Crest Middle School and their former elementary schools to reconnect with teachers who helped shape their educational journey and inspire the next generation of Falcons.
Throughout the day, students and staff lined the hallways of each building, cheering on the seniors with handmade signs, applause, and enthusiastic congratulations. The visit provided a meaningful opportunity for younger students to see what their own future could hold while allowing seniors to reflect on how far they have come.
For many graduates, the experience was a reminder of the relationships, lessons, and memories that have defined their time in the Cornwall-Lebanon School District.
“It’s a great event and the students love it,” said High School Principal Chris Groff. “Falcon Finale is a celebration of their accomplishments, but it’s also an opportunity for them to inspire younger students to dream big, work hard, and embrace their own journey as Falcons.”
The event highlighted the strong connections that exist throughout the District and the pride shared by students, staff, and families.
The Class of 2026 will officially conclude its journey during Commencement on Friday, June 5, celebrating years of hard work, perseverance, and achievement. Watch the livestream by CCHS Today starting at 6 p.m.: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Krlrte6B1l8
