We are excited to welcome our students, families, and community back for another fall sports season! Our student-athletes have been working hard, and we look forward to cheering them on as they represent Cornwall-Lebanon School District with pride, determination, and good sportsmanship.
As we prepare for a great season, we want to remind families and spectators that creating a safe, positive environment at our athletic events is a shared responsibility. Please read the important information below, including the implementation of Metrasens Detection Systems and new bag guidelines. These guidelines will be effective starting with the 2026-2027 school year.
Metrasens Detection Systems and Bag Guidelines
To help enhance safety, CLSD will implement Metrasens Detection Systems at select school events, including our four home football games. These systems provide an additional layer of security by detecting concealed metallic items as attendees enter. The first event to utilize Metrasens will be the Cedar Bowl football game on Thursday, Sept. 3 at Earl Boltz Stadium. Gates will open at 5 p.m. The game kicks off at 7 p.m.

In addition, spectators may enter events with one approved bag, which is subject to search. Approved bags may be:
Any clear bag smaller than 12” x 6” x 12”
A one-gallon plastic bag
A fanny pack or clutch purse no larger than 5” x 7”
Any medically necessary items, including diaper bags

Guidelines for Student Attendance at Athletic Events
The following expectations, which began last school year, remain in effect:
Elementary and Middle School Students:
Must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times during the event.
A purchased ticket alone does not guarantee entry without an adult.
Students are expected to sit and remain with the adult who brought them.
For safety reasons, students walking around the facility without an adult may be asked to contact a parent for pickup and could lose the privilege of attending future events.
High School Students:
Students, home/visitor, are asked to sit in their designated student section.
Ticket Prices
For evening JV and Varsity events at Earl Boltz Stadium and the Gym, ticket prices for the 2026-2027 school year are as follows:
$6 for adults (no senior citizen pricing)
$4 for students
You can buy tickets with cash at the event or in advance online through Hometown Ticketing. In addition, season passes are available for $30 per adult, and full-year passes are $60 per adult and $20 per student. Passes may be purchased online through Hometown Ticketing or by check/cash in the CCHS Athletic Office.
Media and Photography Access
To maintain a safe environment for student-athletes, minimize sideline distractions, and manage liability, access to team sidelines, field levels, and court floors during Cedar Crest High School home athletic events is strictly restricted. Click here to review our guidelines.
General Spectator Expectations
CLSD may request identification (student ID, driver’s license, etc.) from guests entering home events.
The Lancaster-Lebanon League’s educational initiatives are applicable, but not limited to, interscholastic athletic scrimmages, events, and participation in championship tournaments. Per the Athletic Courtesy section of the PIAA By-Laws, the Lancaster-Lebanon League expects:
Respectful communication and cooperation between all individuals.
Proper treatment of officials by all individuals.
Courtesy shown to opponents.
Proper behavior exhibited by spectators.
Every person treats others with dignity and respect at all times.
Guests who do not follow these expectations may be asked to leave to ensure a positive experience for all.
