This is an optional event that is geared toward freshman and any newly enrolled Cedar Crest High School students.

On Friday, Aug. 15, 2025, Cedar Crest High School will hold its 13th annual Falcon First Flight Camp.

We invite the Class of 2029 and all of our New Students (grades 9-12) to the campus of Cedar Crest High School to learn about the school and its traditions, inspire Falcon pride, meet a few teachers, get their high school laptop, and interact with classmates.  This event is for students only.   (Parents will be able to tour the building during Back-to-School night, August 20.

Only students who have completed the camp registration by August 9th, 2025, may attend.  Use the registration link, below, to register.  Confirmation emails will be sent periodically.  Once you receive confirmation, you may disregard future automated announcements about signing up for camp.

 Camp Details:

  • Falcon First Flight Camp will have two sessions: Session 1 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and Session 2 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Students should only attend one session.  

  • Meet at the entrance to the high school auditorium starting at 9:15 a.m. for Session 1 or 12:15 p.m. for Session 2.

  • Please be prompt.

  • Students will receive their high school laptops during camp. Students unable to attend will be issued their laptops on the first day of school.

  • If camp details need to be changed or modified, especially since renovation work is being completed on camopus, we will notify you the week before camp of any changes.
