On Friday, August 16, 2024, Cedar Crest High School will hold the 12th annual Falcon First Flight Camp.

We invite the Class of 2028 and all NEW STUDENTS (9-12) to the campus of Cedar Crest High School to learn about the school and its traditions, to inspire Falcon pride, to meet a few teachers, get their high school laptop and to interact with classmates.  This event is for students only.   Parents will be able to tour the building during our back-to-school night.

Only students who have completed the camp registration by August 9, 2024, may attend.  You may use the registration link or QR code on the attached document to register.  Confirmation emails will be sent periodically.  Once you receive confirmation, you may disregard future automated announcements about signing up for camp.

Camp Details:

  • There will be two sessions of Falcon First Flight Camp: Session 1 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and Session 2 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM. Students should only attend one session.
  • Meet at the entrance to the high school auditorium starting at 9:15 AM for Session 1 or 12:15pm for Session 2. Please be prompt.
  • Students will receive their high school laptop during camp.  Students unable to attend will be issued their laptop on the first day of school.
  • If you have questions, you may email Mr. Rob Snyder, Assistant Principal, at rsnyder@clsd.k12.pa.us or call the high school at (717) 272-2033.
  • If camp details need to be changed or modified, we will notify you the week prior to camp of any changes.
  • Transportation is not provided.

Board Meeting Participation Guidelines

Both regular meetings and work sessions are open to the public. District residents/property owners in the Cornwall-Lebanon School District may address the Board in this manner:

  • Regular meeting: Request to be placed on the agenda prior to noon on the last business day before the meeting by calling the Office of the Superintendent, (717) 272-2031, and providing name, address and topic. Time is limited to 5 minutes per individual.
  • Work session: Attendees will be invited to ask questions about items relevant to that work session’s topics at the conclusion of the session.

In order to prepare seating arrangements, District residents/property owners in the Cornwall-Lebanon School District who would like to attend a meeting should register by noon the Friday prior to either a Public Work Session or a Regular Meeting. The link to register to attend a meeting is posted on the 2024-2025 Board Meeting Dates page.

Most board business will be addressed at the regular monthly board meeting, although the Board may take action at any of these public meetings. Other meetings will be scheduled during the year, as needed.
