Deadline to receive sealed bid is 12:00 PM (EST) on Wednesday, June 11, 2025.

Deadline to submit questions is June 4, 2025. A response to any question received will be posted below by 5:00 PM on June 6, 2025.

Question 1:

1. I would like you to confirm the South Lebanon Steamer. This is not correct because it is a direct stream. I don’t think you have a boiler in that school.

2. Can you let me know if you want filters on the steamer, they are not called for at this time.

Can you please have your maintenance team confirm that that is the case, and let me know what type of electricity is used to power the Steamer and filters?

Answer 1:

1. There is no boiler in the school, so a different steamer will be needed (see Addendum 1 – Attachment E – South Lebanon Steamer).

2. We should use filters, as it is hard water coming through to the kitchen. The updated specifications in Addendum 1 call for a filtering system and installation.

Type of electricity is 30 amp (480/3/60).
