Cedar Crest Track & Field had an outstanding spring season, bringing home a CCHS record ten medals from the State competition at Shippensburg University. Congratulations to these state winning teams and individuals:
- Elaina Schneider, freshman – High jump – finished 11th with a jump of 5’2″
- Girls 4x800M Relay Team- Elaina Schneider; Lizzie Lowe, junior; Kaddel Howard, freshman; Grace Tadajweski, senior – 7th at States + new CCHS record: 9:21
- Kaddel Howard – STATE CHAMPION in the 400M with a time of 53.50, ranking her as the second fastest freshman girl in the U.S. at that time! Kaddel was named to the PA All-State Track & Field Team
- Gabe Lewis – 6th at States in the 100m Dash
- 4X100 Relay Team – Leo Tirado, junior, and seniors Kyle Rauchut; Nick Garman, and Gabe Lewis; – 3rd at States + new CC, Earl Boltz Stadium, Lebanon Co. Meet records, and the fastest 4X100 team in the history of the L-L League with a time of 41.89! Named to State PA All-State Track & Field Team.
