The Cornwall-Lebanon School District family is deeply saddened to learn of the passing this morning of Miss Julie Baumbach. Julie worked at Cornwall-Lebanon for 27 years as a teacher at Ebenezer Elementary School. She has been on medical leave of absence this school year. Her impact on her students, friends, teammates, colleagues and community was one of a kind. Julie will be deeply missed.
Monday, counselors will be available to provide support to students and staff at Ebenezer Elementary, as well as, at other school buildings.
The District extends its heartfelt sympathy to the Baumbach family during this difficult time.
