Hello C3 students,

We’d like to take a moment to outline the Attendance Policy for C3, which is designed to ensure your successful engagement in your online studies.

To meet the attendance requirements, full-time students are expected to either log a minimum of 240 minutes daily or adhere to the daily pace guide provided by your online class teachers. Our primary focus is on your consistent completion of assignments and their timely submission to your teachers. Following the pace guide diligently and maintaining satisfactory academic progress will effectively address any attendance-related concerns. It’s worth noting that maintaining the recommended pace holds more significance than the number of minutes logged. If you’re on track with the pace guide, the minutes logged become secondary. This means that if you’re below 240 minutes but on pace, you’re still in good standing.

Additionally, we encourage you to consider working ahead whenever possible. This proactive approach can help prevent attendance-related issues.

Lastly, we want to emphasize that the Non-Running Total Grade carries greater weight than the Grade to Date. The Grade to Date reflects your performance based on the assignments completed up to a certain point in time. For instance, if you’ve completed 5 assignments for a class and your Grade to Date is 87, that score pertains only to those 5 assignments. On the other hand, the Non-Running Total Grade considers the scenario where you don’t complete any remaining work for the class, providing a more comprehensive evaluation of your progress.

If you have any further inquiries or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Your success is our priority.

Have a great day,

Mr. Scipioni
